About this Episode

Alan Statler grew up with this 1957 Beaver Tractors. His father purchased it new and was used on the farm for years. The Beaver tractor was built by Baird Machine in Stratford, Connecticut from the late 1940s to the early 1960s.

Alan used to put this little tractor through a hards day work using it for a variety of application. In the winter they used it to push snow, in the spring to plow the garden and in the summer to mow the fence row.
