Brian Baxter caught up with Paul Lano at the 20th Annual Orange Spectacular to discuss his 1964 Allis-Chalmers 190 Hi-Crop. Less than 100 of these tractors were build and mainly used in California. These tractors were powered by a 301 Diesel engine that could do 77 horsepower.
