1953 Standard Cockshutt 20 - Smallest Cockshutt Built
Run Time: 00:04:26
About this Episode
Jim Woehrman from Missouri knows how rare his 1953 Cockshutt 20 with wide front end is. It’s a desirable little tractor and Jim had to turn down his share of offers to keep it. The Cockshutt Model 20 was the smallest tractor the company built with only about 4,000 built from about 1952 to 1957.
It has a four-cylinder gasoline Continental engine with a four speed transmission that can do about 28 horsepower. Back in 1953 this tractor would have cost you about $2,300 US dollars or about $ $21,700 US dollars in 2019.
